Whether challenging customer projects or exciting new developments, technology and innovation are our top priorities. Engineers and technicians from a wide range of disciplines work on our projects. Electrical engineers and mechatronics technicians plan and develop the electrotechnical hardware and software (PLC & PC) of our systems, taking functional safety into account. Mechanical engineers cover the entire spectrum from layout development, dynamic calculation, concept development, hydraulics, CAD design and FE calculation to documentation and technical purchasing. Civil engineers design and calculate the statics of the supporting structure. In addition, we develop special production fixtures and our development tools, such as digital data models, to a large extent ourselves.
Despite the diverse disciplines, all developers and the project management work in a self-organised and closely integrated team. Intensive and direct contact with production as well as customers and suppliers are always part of the job for many.
Of course, not all jobs in the office are purely technical, but everything revolves around our products and projects.

How we ride
We want you to feel like you belong here. We are a predominantly young team with around 50 colleagues. Short decision-making processes and self-managed professional work characterize our working day. The project and the customer set the pace. New things excite us and we keep at it until it works. To do this, we test until we are sure. As a team we try to achieve the best possible result. When mistakes happen, we think about what we can improve. Successes are celebrated. Projects can also be exhausting, then open ears and joint hands-on work help. The reward follows with the enthusiasm on our rides.

Even during my studies, a practice-oriented way of working was important to me, and even after graduating as a mechanical engineer (Dipl. -Ing.
