During an initial meeting, we capture the key requirements: location and topography, available space, target audience, desired experience, capacity, budget range and integration into existing infrastructure. We then evaluate suitable module combinations and identify where additional development may be required.

Concept development
We design
Vehicle design, track layout, experience design, multimedia and interaction concepts, and capacity analysis are developed using proven track and drive modules. The elements that make the project unique are created specifically for your application, while safety- and availability-related functions remain based on proven modules.

For technically demanding projects, we recommend an upstream pre-engineering step for detailed simulation, structural calculation, and definition of the support placement.

Development and prototyping

Once the project is commissioned, we prepare the project-specific technical documentation and develop the design to manufacturing readiness. For newly developed vehicle types, an early prototype is built in parallel. Its key functions are tested and reviewed together with you, including possible trials on one of our test tracks.
