Briefing
Discuss your project
Our first conversation covers your site, available space, and target audience. We discuss the ride experience you have in mind, your capacity requirements, and your budget range. An initial idea is enough to get the conversation started.

A structured requirements profile as the basis for concept development.

Concept development
Develop a concept
Based on those discussions, we develop proposals for the vehicle and track layout. Visualizations, capacity calculations, and an initial investment estimate help you evaluate the concept. Together, we identify any technical questions that need further study before moving forward.

Next milestone:
Do we go straight into realization - or is pre-engineering advisable?
For technically demanding projects, we recommend an upstream pre-engineering step for detailed simulation, structural calculation, and definition of the support placement.

approx. 2–3 weeks (optional pre-engineering phase: approx. 4 months)
Development and prototyping
Engineer and test the ride
Once the project is commissioned, we develop the detailed engineering and prepare the design for manufacturing. For new vehicle types, we test key functions on a prototype and review the results with you.
Results:
The project-specific technical documentation and, for newly developed vehicle types, a tested prototype reviewed together with you.

We manufacture and install the ride, support commissioning and acceptance, and train your team. Once the ride is in operation, we continue to support you with service and maintenance.

An accepted, operational system and a lifecycle plan covering maintenance and potential future developments.
