01 / Motion Freedom

What does the Spike System provide?

Spike provides a complete, modular motion system comprising track, supports, a positive-engagement rack-and-pinion drive, power supply, controls and a configurable load carrier. Proven modules can be combined to suit the specific task and developed into a customized overall solution.
The drive, control and communication technology is located directly on the vehicle. This keeps the track infrastructure simple and allows it to be flexibly adapted in three dimensions to the required motion geometry.
02 / Precision and Dynamics

What does this make possible?

Spike moves and positions payloads precisely and repeatably - at low speeds or dynamically, horizontally, on steep inclines, vertically or upside down. Applications include test rigs, measurement platforms, acceleration sleds, automated motion systems and customized industrial installations.
We work with you to develop a motion solution tailored to your payload, motion sequences, environmental conditions and technical requirements using our modular platform.
