The patented rack-and-pinion Spike drive provides 100% traction anywhere on the track. Power, data, control and show technology travel onboard the vehicle, creating freedom in layout design, ride programming and passenger experience.

100% Traction.Everywhere on the track.
The patented rack-and-pinion drive transmits force through positive mechanical engagement rather than friction. Acceleration of more than 1 g is possible anywhere, in curves, uphill, and even after a complete stop. The track follows the story, not gravity.
02 / Software-Defined Dynamics
One track. Limitless ride programs.
Every vehicle is software-controlled. Speed profiles, stops, reverse sections, effect triggers - everything is programmable and can be changed at any time. One ride becomes a family coaster by day, a thrill ride by night, a storytelling vehicle during Halloween season.
03 / Power and Data Onboard
Permanent power. Permanent connection.
Every Spike vehicle has continuous power supply and remains in permanent data connection with the central control system. This is what makes actively moving seat modules, high-quality multimedia effects, and real passenger-vehicle interaction possible in the first place.
04 / Everything in the Vehicle
Intelligence on board. The track stays a track.
Drive, brakes, control logic, show technology - everything is built into the vehicle. External tire drives, linear motors, track brakes, or block sections are eliminated entirely. This reduces track infrastructure complexity and makes every vehicle fully autonomous.

From two seats. To over a hundred.
The Spike Platform includes modules sized for every application - from the compact Spike Racing with two seats to the people mover Spike POD carrying more than 100 passengers. Every module is dimensioned for its specific use case and fully TÜV-certified according to EN 13814 and ASTM Safety Class 5.

Highly efficient through energy recuperation.
Energy recuperation helps reduce overall power demand: during braking, energy can be reused by other vehicles or fed back into the park’s power grid. No flywheels, no supercapacitors - lower connected load, lower CO₂ footprint.
